Please read these terms before using Scanero — Easy Mobile Cleaner. They cover what you can expect from the app, and what we expect from you.
Last updated: September 22, 2026These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Yana Nazaruk, the developer of Scanero — Easy Mobile Cleaner ("Scanero", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Scanero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Scanero on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
You're responsible for the device you use Scanero on and for any content you scan, compress, delete, or store using the app. You agree to:
Scanero's scanning tools (Smart Clean, Duplicate Photos, Similar Photos, Similar Videos, Screenshots, Live Photos and related features) are designed to help you identify and remove media you no longer need, and to compress videos you choose to keep. Deletion and compression actions are only carried out when you confirm them. Once confirmed, removed items follow your device's standard deletion behavior, and compressed files replace the size and quality of the original as shown in the app before you proceed.
We recommend reviewing what Scanero has selected before confirming any removal or compression, since these actions can be difficult or impossible to reverse once completed.
Secret Space is a PIN-protected area for storing photos and videos separately from your main library. You are solely responsible for remembering your PIN and for the security of the device it's set on. We do not store a recovery copy of your PIN, and we may not be able to help you regain access to Secret Space content if your PIN is lost or your device is reset.
Scanero, including its design, icons, code, and branding, is the property of Yana Nazaruk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the app or its content to you. You retain full ownership of your own photos, videos, and other personal content at all times.
Scanero is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every duplicate or similar item will be detected with perfect accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yana Nazaruk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, videos, or other content, arising out of or related to your use of Scanero, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using Scanero at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the app, or these Terms, at our discretion, including where we believe you've violated them.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Scanero after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
